About Our School
The Shao-Lin Do Center has been open since August 2006, when Sifu Max Watkins opened the school in Hilliard. Our school follows the teachings of Grandmaster Sin Kwang The'.
We teach both internal and external Kung Fu. Students are also welcome to participate in sparring, Iron Bone training (adults only), and other courses.
Students are welcome to come as often as they'd like. If you can only come once a week, that's okay. If you also want to come to any of the other regularly scheduled classes, that's fantastic. Your monthly dues cover participation in as many classes as you'd like.
